Thanks for your quick response. I firmly believe that aShop and eMerchant are the best cartmanager software on the Internet and I've tried a few of the more popular ones in the last 10 years. My wife's parrot supplies shop is starting to really take off now, in it's first six months, is growing very fast. She's getting between 200-500 visitors to the shop each day and your hosted environment is handling it beautifully. We even had to add more bandwidth. Now there is an added expense you don't mind having :-)
The expediting features of aShop and eMerchant are wonderful. In the six months since starting her shop with you, not ONE customer has had to call and ask where their order is. Your software is a perfect fit for an online business. I've been handling the actual expediting of orders, invoicing, billing and follow up and what now takes 15-30 minutes a day used to take two people and a lot of hassles, an entire day, and it still was not done correctly.
We finally had to stop the shop a few years ago because of the problems. When I started using aShop on my web site, I saw very quickly the potential your software had for my wife's web site and she started again, with no problems this time. I forgot to mention, I love the affiliate part of aShop and the ability to quickly pay my affiliates on my web site. The wholesale part of aShop fits into our plans to offer to good customers, rewards, clubs and those volunteers who help on the web site. |
